Q. I can't see how to pay for the Full Access Pass.​
​A. HeySummit has a weird thing at the purchase page. Instead of it being at the BOTTOM (where we're used to seeing it), the NEXT button is at the top right. Hope this helps! 

Q. I'm a speaker. How do I find my affiliate link?

A. Login using the same email address from which you're receiving all your summit appearance details. Sign in as a Speaker, Partner or Organizer. If you haven't set a password yet, click on "Forgot Password" and it will send you a "reset" link. Once inside, select "Affiliate" and your link will be at the middle-top right. Use this when sharing about the summit. Also, if you want to see what the attendees see (and set-up your personalized summit session-attendance schedule), register AGAIN, using the same email, but as an attendee. Thanks!

Q. I'm getting a 401 Error Message.
A. Please clear your cache and cookies. If using a VPN, disconnect that and try again.
